The mantra I have had from the very beginning in my career as a Trader has always been: "What everyone does cannot work." that's why I have increasingly sought complexity, predictive advantage.

Thanks to my scholastic and professional skills in computer science, I have delved into the world of Algorithmic Trading, through which almost all transactions in the financial markets are carried out today, but adopted almost exclusively by institutional players. In the Retail landscape I can personally estimate less than 10 percent of true algorithmic traders, excluding of course those who simply buy and use a "black box" without full knowledge of its logic and programming.

Given today's level of technology, it is no longer possible for a human being with its limitations to do better than a diversified algorithmic portfolio in the long run, so I consider all discretionary trading techniques disadvantaged. The complexity of the quantitative aspect has never been a fear or limitation for me, but a positive and stimulating challenge.

I became increasingly aware ofhow fascinated I was by the depth of this world: being able to create something that almost no one can even imagine and generate a profit from it was the source of inspiration for me.

I have thus made codes that are increasingly elaborate and precise from the technical point of view, but not necessarily logical, as simple logic is often more stable in the long run.
